Are you ready for the snow?

By which we don’t mean have you got your sledge out from the shed & found your woolly gloves?!

Is your BUSINESS ready for snow – it is predicted for next week in many regions so have you got a plan in place if people can’t get to work and / or the business can’t open or operate?

Have you communicated that to all your staff?

We’ve mentioned this before so we hope by now you do have that adverse weather / transport disruption plan in place but if you haven’t then TODAY would be a good day to decide on that plan & let all your staff know…if we get a blizzard you’ll be glad you did.
