We’re delighted to share that vivoHR has been named a finalist in the 2026 British HR Awards.
Celebrating organisations, teams and leaders who are making a real difference in creating outstanding workplaces and positive people experiences, the British HR Awards are now in their fifth year. They recognise those helping shape the future of work through strong leadership, innovative people strategies and a genuine commitment to supporting employees.
This year saw a record 474 entries from organisations across the UK, making the competition particularly strong. Finalists represent a wide range of businesses, from fast growing start ups and innovative scale ups to established global organisations and not for profits.
Being shortlisted among such a diverse and impressive group of organisations is something we’re incredibly proud of.
At vivoHR, our focus has always been on helping businesses create workplaces where both organisations and their people can thrive. Through practical HR support, strategic guidance and people focused solutions, we work closely with businesses to help them build strong cultures, maintain compliance and support their teams as they grow.
Being recognised as a finalist reflects the work we do alongside our clients every day, and we’re incredibly grateful to the businesses who trust us to support them.
Judging is carried out by a panel of respected HR leaders and industry experts from across the UK. This year’s panel includes senior HR professionals from organisations such as Barbour, The AA, NatWest Cushon, TalkTalk, the British Film Institute, Puma UKI, Shelter, Fisher German and The Open University, among many others.Â
The British HR Awards is powered by New Possible, an organisation that helps leaders build healthier organisations by providing meaningful insight that can drive real change.
Winners will be announced at the British HR Awards ceremony on 22nd April 2026 in Covent Garden, London, where HR leaders, people professionals and organisations from across the country will come together to celebrate those helping shape better workplaces.
Whatever the outcome on the night, we’re incredibly proud to be recognised as a finalist.
We’re looking forward to getting dressed up, celebrating the achievements of so many brilliant organisations, and hopefully enjoying an evening of celebrations in London.
