What are your views on vaping at work? It is harmless & a way to help smokers quit, does it maximise productivity by allowing staff to vape at their desks, or is it still as unacceptable as smoking in the workplace?

Vaping is not covered by the anti-smoking laws so if you don’t wish to allow it in the workplace (which can include company vehicles too don’t forget) it is simply up to you as a business to decide on your position and then communicate that clearly to your employees. You may want to include it on signage too if you have visitors to your company premises.
