Apparently one in three workers plan to look for a new job in 2015 – a significant increase compared to the number making this plan this time last year according to a survey conducted by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM).January is of course always a popular time for people to think about a job change but maybe the increased numbers of people planning it this year indicate some confidence in employment opportunities after a grim few years of redundancies and cut backs?
