Dress Codes – ROAR!

Crop tops banned at work – is this really news? Was it really worthy of a survey to find out?!

XpertHR tell us that a survey found that shorts and crop tops are most likely to be banned in company dress codes….should have talked to us – we might be the only HR consultants who ever wrote a dress code policy for a client that stated that knickers should be worn!

Apparently the majority of dress codes err towards “smart casual”.
