Watch out for a link to an epic vivoHR newsletter coming up – all about Shared Parental Leave – it’s great that the Government have published the Shared Parental Leave Regulations 2014 this week to give us all a lot of time to digest them & make sure we’re ready to implement them when they go live on Monday 1 December!

Never fear – vivoHR are wading through them & writing a new policy for all our retained HR Support clients so watch your inbox for that to be arriving in the new week or so.

Although the Regs go live on Monday they don’t actually affect anyone whose baby is due before 5 April next year so we have some time to communicate with anyone they will impact on.
