Changes to the TUPE Regulations (Transfer of Undertaking Protection of Employment) were due to come into force October 2013. It looks likely that the earliest we’ll now see these is the start of 2014.

It seems that the proposed removal of service provision changes from the TUPE requirements will now not be made.  Several of our clients will be disappointed by this as the requirement makes tendering for new service contracts an absolute minefield.
