The aim was:

PRD provide billing software for telecommunications, cloud solutions and MSPs providers, who have gone from strength to strength over the last few years. Established in 2006, PRD Technologies solves billing and data processing challenges for telecoms companies, cloud solution providers, and other sectors. Their multi-award-winning custom billing software ‘Intelligent Billing’ enables organisations to streamline operations with agile, sophisticated, automated, and scalable solutions – saving time, cost and stress.
Today they have grown from being a team of developers to something much larger with multiple departments and a newly formed senior leadership team as they take on new markets and continue to thrive. vivoHR have been working with PRD for a number of years particularly around employee performance and appraisals. Assessing the needs of the business with the growing workforce and transitions of excellent employees into management roles. It takes time to adjust to being in a management role and Sarah-Louise has been there to help ease that transition.
With setting achievable targets to help progress their management duties and style, Sarah-Louise has been able to see positive changes that have been made down to these individuals hard work and effort. It’s important to remember that having a great, positive manager also trickles down to the employees. This is what can be seen at PRD. With the building blocks being layered up to create confident, efficient managers, this has helped for them to take control of their teams. In turn it means work is being delegated and the team productivity and happiness has increased. With employees clear on the PRD vision they can see how they are helping to create that vision into a reality which increases engagement and fulfilment.
Sarah-Louise is always on hand to help with queries and support all the staff. This includes looking after their HR software and ensuring it is up to date and running efficiently. vivoHR also help with annual appraisals, working the senior leadership to ensure the conversations are effective and progressing towards the company’s vision for their own growth.
