Personnel Today report that the number of employment tribunal claims continues the downward trend that started with the introduction of fees in 2013.

It is still a matter for debate as to whether the Government will modify the current fees system as there is a view from the House of Commons Justice Select Committee that the fees have had a ‘significant adverse impact on access to justice’.
