Apparently the top 3 causes of stress are money worries, the nature of our job (pressure / working hours etc), then family and relationship issues – this according to a CIPD survey looking at flexible working and commuting.
Unsurprisingly flexible working is reported to have a significant positive impact on employee’s job satisfaction, perceived work-life balance and reported levels of feeling stress or pressure at work.
