The Mirror reports on the tribunal currently underway in which a female Muslim worker is claiming racial & sex discrimination.If the allegations are found to be true it would seem this employee experienced a bullying manager of the worst kind – timing toilet breaks and treating her appallingly to intimidate and isolate her.We’re curious to know how any internal grievances were dealt with when these issues were brought to the attention of more senior managers or HR.
