We have finally done it! Our parental & carer policies are updated ready for all the changes that come into effect on 5 April 2015.
We’ve amended our maternity, paternity, adoption polices and we’ve drafted a shared parental leave policy. We’ve also updated our unpaid parental leave policy.
So if you are a retained HR Support client with a staff handbook or an existing set of parental & carer policies we’ll be delivering updates to you in time for you to issue on 5 April.…

We’re feeling pleased to have finally got to grips with an incredibly complex piece of legislation but we’re still not convinced many employees will actually take up the chance to have shared parental leave!
